Payment & Refund Policy
This Payment & Refund Policy governs all payments made for registrations, passes, or related services for Concordia, the national-level media fest organized by the School of Communications, XIM University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. By registering through our official website (concordia.events) or the registration portal (forms.concordia.events), you agree to the terms outlined below.
The registration fee for Concordia is ₹120 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) per participant, which is inclusive of 18% GST under GSTIN: 21AAALX0001G1ZR. This fee applies individually to every participant, whether registering alone or as part of a team.
Fee Breakup (per participant):
- • Base Fee (excluding GST): ₹101.39
- • GST @ 18%: ₹18.60
- • Total Payable: ₹120.00
All payments must be made online through our official payment gateway, Razorpay. Upon successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address. Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are correct and complete. Neither Concordia nor XIM University shall be held liable for failed or incomplete transactions resulting from participant error or third-party gateway issues.
All payments made towards Concordia registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies in all cases, including withdrawal of participation, inability to attend, or scheduling conflicts.
In the unlikely event that Concordia is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, the organizing committee may, at its sole discretion, provide alternative arrangements.
However, if the event is cancelled entirely by the organizers due to a major issue, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
In case of technical errors, duplicate payments, or failed transactions where the amount has been deducted but not reflected in our records, participants are requested to immediately contact us at concordia@xim.edu.in with the following proofs:
- Transaction ID / UTR number
- Screenshot of the payment confirmation
- Bank/UPI statement or payment receipt
Such cases will be investigated in coordination with Razorpay, and corrective action (such as a reversal or adjustment) will be taken where applicable.
